What does HolidayWow cost?
The trip planner and all travel pages are free. When you book flights, ferries, stays or tours through a partner, you pay the partner's price there.
Do I need an account?
You don't need an account to plan. With an account you save your trips, your travel DNA and your home airports and have everything on every device.
I forgot my password. What now?
Under Forgot password, send yourself a link to your email address and use it to set a new password.
Where do I find my saved trips?
After signing in, you find all your trips under My trips.
How do I delete my account and my data?
In your account settings you can download your data and permanently delete your account with all trips.
I booked something. Who do I contact?
Your contract is with the company you booked with. Everything about changes and cancellations is under Bookings & cancellations.
Where do the climate data and flight times come from?
All sources and how we process them are on How we work.
