How bookings work

HolidayWow plans your trip. You book the individual parts, such as flights, ferries, buses, stays, tours or eSIMs, with our partners. A click on a recommendation takes you to the partner's offer, where you complete the booking.

Who is my contract with?

Your contract is with the company you booked with, for example the airline, the ferry line, the hotel or the tour operator. Its terms and cancellation conditions apply to your booking. You receive the booking confirmation with all details and contact information by email directly from that company.

Changes and cancellations

• Open the company's booking confirmation. It has the link to manage your booking or the customer service contact details.
• The company sets cancellation deadlines and fees. They are in the confirmation and in its terms.
• The company refunds to the payment method you booked with.

Connections through Orlero

Train, bus, ferry and flight connections we recommend through Orlero are managed through the confirmation from each company. Like HolidayWow, Orlero belongs to Orlero UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i. G.
