A good day on a trip has a shape: an easier morning, a main stop once the day warms up, and an evening that is not rushed. HolidayWow builds that shape into every day it draws, from one sentence about the trip.
Two trips can list the exact same places and still feel completely different depending on when each stop happens: an outdoor morning before the heat builds, an indoor midday, an unhurried evening.
HolidayWow reads a sentence such as a week in Hawaii with the kids in spring break and sets a pace behind the days, relaxed (1 to 2 stops a day), balanced (2 to 3 stops) or packed (3 to 5 stops), with each stop's place in the day shaped by the climate for that month.
Every day draws as a route with a pin for each stop and a travel time on every leg, so an easier morning stop and a longer midday one are visible as a shape on the map rather than a flat list in the same order regardless of time.

Swapping a midday stop for an evening one, or moving an outdoor activity earlier in a hot month, works the same way as any other edit: drag the stop, and the plan checker settles the rest of the day around it. The side panel assistant can make the same change by voice, useful when the shift in plan happens on the spot rather than the night before.

Los Angeles in December sits around 18°C by day and 8°C overnight, with the sea at 16°C, 7 hours of sun and 6 rain days, cool enough for a late morning start rather than an early one, with the afternoon staying mild for a coastal walk.
A balanced pace here puts a slower start in the morning, a main stop once the day has warmed, and an earlier dinner than a summer evening would call for, all read from the one sentence naming the month.

Bali in April runs warm, around 28°C by day and 24°C overnight, with the sea at 29°C, 8 hours of sun and 21 rain days, the kind of month where the morning and the late afternoon are the better windows for anything outdoors.
A relaxed pace suits this shape well: an early beach or temple visit, a shaded or indoor midday, and the evening opening back up once the heat has eased and any afternoon shower has passed.

New Caledonia in December sits around 29°C by day and 24°C overnight, with the sea at 27°C, 8 hours of sun and 17 rain days, warm enough for the whole day to lean outdoors with a shaded stretch built into the middle.
New CaledoniaA balanced pace of 2 to 3 stops suits a day like this: a morning on the water, a shaded lunch, and a lagoon walk once the light softens in the late afternoon.
New CaledoniaDubai in May runs hot, around 30°C by day and 28°C overnight, with the sea at 29°C, 11 hours of sun and 0 rain days, a month where the long sunshine hours make a packed pace possible if the midday is spent somewhere cool.
A packed day here might open early, move indoors through the hottest stretch, and close with an evening stop once the heat has eased, with each change in the day's shape set by the pace rather than guessed on the fly.

Because school holidays fall on different weeks by state, a family trip built from a sentence naming the exact break, for example 10 days in Bali in the September school holidays, gets a pace already suited to kids, with shorter outdoor stretches during the warmest part of the day.

With around 20 days of annual leave typical across Australia, the Long Weekend planner shows how a public holiday plus a day or two of leave can turn into a short trip with the same paced days built in from the start.

Stays, tours and transport show live prices from partners (Booking.com, GetYourGuide, Viator, Trip.com, flight partners), with an early-morning tour or a sunset outing bookable from the same card as the rest of the day's plan.

A document vault and a packing list build themselves from the plan, the month and the climate, adjusting what a day needs depending on whether it leans toward an early outdoor start or a later, cooler one. A trip budget in Australian dollars tracks the running total across the trip as each day's bookings are confirmed.
